Refund policy

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Opened products can't be returned.

To start a return, email orders@loveenergytechniques.org with your order number. The customer pays return shipping.

Once we receive the unopened item, we refund the product price to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund it, including shipping.
